After several years untouched, this site is back online: rebuilt with Quarto, tidied up, and pointed firmly at where I’m spending my time now: agentic AI alongside the bioinformatics and ML for health work.

A few practical notes:

The old 2018-era homepage, CVs, and workshop materials are preserved under
/archive/
. Links you may have shared still work.

The Projects page is where new work will land.

This is the first post on the new Blog. Expect short, technical notes on what I’ve learned, broken, and fixed.

If you’d like to chat about work, collaboration, or just say hi, LinkedIn is the fastest way to reach me.
